Delivery time

Shipping for items in stock takes usually 1-4 business days. If the estimated delivery time exceeds 5 business days, it will be stated in the product information.

Shipping costs

Shipping cost: Small deliveries 2,90€, parcels 5,00€. Delivery by Finnish Post.

Returns and refunds in web store

You have the right to return unused products (NOT applicable to event registration purchases) purchased from MyNextRun web store within 14 days of reception. If you wish to return your purchase, please contact our customer service for instructions: customerservice (at) mynextrun.com

Privacy policy

MyNextRun does not use customer contact information for marketing purposes without the permission of the customer. By creating a username to MyNextRun service, customer agrees to receive emails that may contain marketing material. Customer is always able to disallow email marketing from MyNextRun later on. Registration and payment processing is handled over a secured connection. Credit card or bank details will never pass to MyNextRun. MyNextRun will only receive information about the payment.
