Tjejmilen is Sweden's biggest sporting event for women with 34 000 female runners and joggers of all ages. Both party and competition are offered as Tjejmilen will be run for the 32nd time on September 5, 2015. Welcome to a wonderful running competition on a lovely route in the middle of Stockholm!

Route description:

Tjejmilen takes place on a beautiful and easy route around Gärdet and Djurgården. The start is located at Sandhamnsgatan and the finish by Filmhuset at Gärdet. The distance of the route is 10 km. You will be challenging yourself and testing your performance on this easy-to-run route. Tjejmilen offers two series: Timing and Fun Run.

Refreshment stations:

There will be four refreshment stations along the route serving Enervit G sports drink and water.

Venue facilities:

After the race Frödinge cheesecake with jam will be served to all participants. Other sponsors will be offering coffee, drinks, fruits etc.

Entry fees:

37 € for Fun Run and 44 € for the timing series. The deadline for registration is 1st July 2015. The participant limit for the race is 34 000: if the limit is reached before the deadline, the registration will close earlier.

Start:

First start at 1 pm. The start groups 1-4 are reserved for the fastest runners in the timing series. Other participants in this series will choose which one of the groups 5-15 they want to start in. Those who plan to run fast should start in the earlier groups and those planning on walking should choose the last group. In Fun Run there will be no timing. You can check your time by looking at the clocks at the finish area. Start groups 5-15 are open for Fun Run participants.

The requirements for groups 1-4 are:

Group 1
• Sub 52 minutes in a 10 kilometre race.
• Sub 24 minutes in a 5 kilometre race.
• Sub 1 hour 55 minutes in a half marathon race.
• Sub 4 hours 05 minutes in a marathon race.

Group 2
• Sub 56 minutes in a 10 kilometre race.
• Sub 26 minutes in a 5 kilometre race.
• Sub 2 hours and 00 minutes in a half marathon race.

Group 3
• Sub 58 minutes in a 10 kilometre race.
• Sub 27 minutes in a 5 kilometre race.
• Sub 2 hours and 05 minutes in a half marathon race.

Group 4
• Sub 59 minutes in a 10 kilometre race.
• Sub 28 minutes in a 5 kilometre race.
• Sub 2 hours and 05 minutes in a half marathon race.

When you enter, please specify where and when you achieved the qualifying time. (Name of race, date and your result).

Group 5. For those who plan to run or jog the whole distance in under 60 minutes.

Group 6. For those who plan to run or jog the whole distance in under 62 minutes.

Group 7. For those who plan to run or jog the whole distance in under 62 minutes.

Group 8. For those who plan to jog the whole distance in under 65 minutes.

Group 9. For those who plan to jog the whole distance in under 65 minutes.

Group 10. For those who plan to jog the whole distance in under 65 minutes.

Group 11. For those who plan to finish in under 68 minutes. In this group you can walk part of the distance.

Group 12. For those who plan finish in under 75 minutes. In this group you can walk part of the distance.

Group 13. For those who plan finish in under 80 minutes. In this group you can walk part of the distance.

Group 14. For those who plan to enjoy the beautiful scenery and finish in under 85 minutes.

Group 15. For those who plan to enjoy the beautiful scenery and finish in more than 85 minutes. In this group you can walk the whole distance. If you have exercise walking sticks or a baby buggy, you should start in this group.
