When David’s father passed away in 2013, he decided to follow his father’s advice to always do what you love. He abandoned his job as an investment manager and embarked on a trip around the world.

“On my travels I stumbled upon a mountain run. Being completely lost in translation, I discovered that the 20 km was only one part of the race. The final briefing revealed that the actual run was over 50 km! I remember asking myself what the hell was I doing on the mountain, but when the run was finished it was the best feeling ever!  Eventually I became addicted, so my trip around the world turned into a constant search for races.
