The Funchal Marathon is a sporting event of an international nature, which takes place annually in the city of Funchal and brings together athletes from many countries, focusing on leisure and recreation, but of course not forgetting the competitive part either.

Route description:

The course is almost entirely flat, in a closed circuit, with an exceptional landscape that is excellent for long distance runners.
Discover and enjoy the Madeira Island through the race.

Albergaria Catedral is located exactly at the center of Funchal, near the Cathedral and is in the course of Half Marathon.

Suite Hotel Jardins d'Ajuda

Prices with breakfast buffet:
Single room - 40 euros

Triple room - 62,50 euros

Each meal, lunch or dinner buffet costs 15 euros per person (includes water and juice).

"The hotel is situated 3 km from the centre of Funchal, on the island of Madeira. Located in the best tourist area, the Suite Hotel Jardins d’Ajuda is very close to the sea, has beach access, as well as access to other amenities, namely restaurants, bars, 50m from the shopping centre (Madeira Fórum), supermarkets, public transport services and a private car park."
